Cincinnati Art Galleries ships all artworks safely and fully insured.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary by painting based on size, weight, and destination. Final shipping charges are calculated and shown to the customer before purchase confirmation.
Carriers: We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We always choose the safest and most cost-effective option unless you request otherwise.
Delivery time: Most paintings are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Handling time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Local pickup: Available at our Cincinnati gallery by appointment.

Returns are not accepted unless:

the product was damaged in transit. Photographs of all packaging and the damaged product must be provided.
the product received is not as advertised.
