Ida H. (Holterhoff) Holloway (1866-1950) was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was an influential painter, designer, and teacher of the late 19th/early 20th centuries. Her preferred media included oil and watercolor. She was most famous for her landscape paintings of Brittany and Italy, and she was also recognized for her still life paintings of flowers. She was married to George C. Holloway.
