Whisper

An Exhibition of paintings by Keith Klein.

In Whisper, artist Keith Klein quietly invites viewers to become visual explorers and the

surprises hidden within his paintings will reveal themselves.Across a diverse body of work unified by the quiet pulse of pointillism, Klein invites us to

explore the labyrinth of each painting.

Micro Pointillism becomes more than a technique here, it becomes a metaphor for reality itself.

Tiny, discrete marks of color echo the fundamental particles of the universe, scattered yet

connected, separate yet singing in chorus. Like quanta suspended in potential, each point

waits to become part of a larger whole, activated not by certainty but by attention.

Klein's work does not shout, It whispers, with reverence for the mystery and magic of painting.

The space between dots becomes a sacred geography: a terrain of silence, breath, memory,

and muse. It is here, in these quiet thresholds, that wonder enters. That the divine might lean

close, as if to whisper something only you can hear.

This exhibition invites stillness. It invites listening, not just with the ears, but with the skin, the

eyes, the breath. In every painting is a call for presence.

"Inspiration comes after I begin, I don't wait for it, I begin and the spirit finds me. It is like

stepping onto an invisible bridge in the manner of Indiana Jones. I see the bridge in my heart

and mind's eye and I take a step into the unknown. We call it magic when a magician waves

his hand and a rabbit or dove appears. In the artist's studio, the artist with paint and brushes

renders his vision on a blank canvas and a whole world appears from nothing. I feel like a

combination of magician and conductor, I connect the dots of light.”

Klein’s practice spans classical realism, impressionism, pointillism and paintings done en plein-

air. He often puts surprises and symbols and small surprises often hide within his works,

rewarding those who look closely.

Klein's work is part of the collection of the royal family in Saudi Arabia, Cincinnati Bell,

Convergys, Cincinnati Financial, and many other prestigious private collections across the

United States.

Keith teaches classes in oil painting, acrylics, pastels, and watercolor five days a week in his

studio. Klein studied with Anneliese Wahrenburg at her Atelier for many years, Keith often

draws upon her excellent teaching methods with his current students. Many of his students

are accepted into the prestigious Governor's School for the Arts and awarded full scholarships

for college. He also has a particular affinity and gift for teaching children and adults with special

needs.
